The First Class Cottage:
This cozy unhosted mobile guest home hideaway overlooks 25 acres of beautiful open country fields. When you stand on the front porch, you feel like your standing on top of a cloud with the cool winds whispering in your ears.

The interior is decorated in warm reds, soft blues and vibrant greens. With two bedrooms available a comfortable queen or full-size bed is offered in one of the elegant guest rooms. The unique furnishings, a common sitting area and a Television with cable in each room which allows your stay to feel like your at home not in a lifeless hotel. There is 1 full bath with a tub and shower combination and complimentary toiletries. If you like relax in 'The Claw Foot Tub Room'. It is a very large bedroom size separate private bathroom with a pedestal sink, commode, a Sensual 1920's Bath Tub and soft music. The Claw Foot Tub can accommodate one or two just in case you want a midnight rendezvous...

Located just 16-50 miles outside of Giddings, Caldwell and Rockdale Texas and less than an hour from Bastrop, Brenham, La Grange, Bryan/College Station, Round Top, Cameron, Round Rock and Austin, Texas. There are 2 area lakes just 25 minutes away (Lake Somerville & Nails Creek State Park). Also know we are down the street from the world famous #1 Snow's Bar-B-Que. Let mother-nature guild you to " The First Class Cottage " and let your eyes capture the beauty of God's gifts to the world.

This cottage has a full-size kitchen which includes a standard size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender, George Foreman grill, microwave, cookware, utensils and glassware for your convenience.

**KITCHEN & DINING AREA

Our goal here is to help you relax from the day to day grind of endless news media, computers, blackberry's, fax machines, typewriters (Well-I didn't really mean typewriters but that was funny....LOL). We want you to leave some of the modern world behind you if only for a moment!!

In the main living area we offer a Television with Cable, board games, cards, books and magazines in case you forget to bring your own.

Now, I know you have heard Texas is hottttttt in the summer but if this former California girl can enjoy it then I know you will, but just in case we have a sun umbrella, lounge chairs and a above ground pool at the main location on Rockdale Street (open seasonal-if weather permits-June 1st) so you can cool-off. Now isn't that great!!
We are children and pet friendly (Billies House Only)! Please bring your house-trained pet his or hers bedding items, toys, feeding and watering dishes, food, a leash and pooper-scooper. If you are flying in then we can provide this for you for a small additional charge-just let us know. We also have Local Veterinarians if you have any special needs (PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION). We do required that your dog and or cat be vaccinated and you may be required to show proof.

Our Cleaning Policies:* We clean after every guest(s) this includes washing all linens, blankets, comforters and towels. (WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE FOR THE WEEKLY OR MONTHLY SPECIAL RATES YOUR HOME MUST BE INSPECTED ON A MONTHLY BASIS WHICH INCLUDES CHECKING FIRE ALARMS, CHANGING FILTERS AND CHECKING FOR ANY HAZARDS. WE CAN ALSO CLEAN YOUR HOME AT YOUR REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50.00 PER CLEANING-THIS IS OPTIONAL. YOUR HOME IS STOCKED WITH A FEW CLEANING ESSENTIALS THAT ARE PROVIDED ON A ONE-TIME BASIS.

* Smoking is only allowed outside.* Children are welcome-but childcare is not provided.* Consumption of alcohol is permitted-but let's not get out of control folks.* Check in time is 3:00-6:00pm and Check out time is 12:00pm. If you need a later check-in or out time please call us and make arrangements.

The deposit is: $ 100.00. (Charged only once during your reservation-this is refunded back within 2 business days after check-out if no damage is seen)

Cancellation Policies:

* Please notify us one week (7 days) in advance, we would be happy to cancel your reservation.

* Cancellations made within 1 week of your scheduled arrival date must forfeit 1/2 of entire length of stay unless the cottage is re-booked. For example if you book 7 days then 3 1/2 days will be charged to your credit card.

This charming mobile guest home is adjacent to the innkeepers main home and walking distance to downtown Lexington. It has two private entrances with access to the front and backyard. This vacation home is completely separate from the main house so there is no interior access for our guests so you have complete seclusion and privacy. It has one master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a Queen size Sofa Sleeper and a complete kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove and microwave. This home has wireless (WIFI) internet service. It has one and a half bathrooms which includes a walk-in shower. There is a ramp in the back for our wheelchair or special needs guests. The back yard has a private deck with an above ground pool for your enjoyment. There are several amenities available in Lexington Memorial Park - A new jogging/walking path, playground equipment, basketball court, volleyball court, restrooms, picnic tables, handicapped parking, small barbecue cookers and a covered pavilion. JUST A LITTLE GLIMPSE OF OUR WONDERFUL DIVERSE LITTLE TOWN WITH 3 RESTAURANTS, 3 GAS STATIONS, 4 AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOPS, ST.
